Vitamin d absorption is dependent upon calcium present in the body, so these two are often suggested to be had together. Vitamin d3 is also called cholecaciferol and is a more active form of vitamin d3, whenever vitamin d needs to be administered; d3 is the form in which it is given, because absorption is increased manifold in this form.

Valerian is the extract that is obtained from the roots of plant of the same name. This is essentially an herb, and is taken in the form of dietary supplement. This herb has sedative and anxiolytic effects, which means that this can be given to the people who suffer from panic or anxiety attacks. These are available in the form of capsules, and can be consumed on a regular basis without the fear of side effects.
